How do I know I'm talking to the real deal?

Authenticity is everything here. Every talent account on Driff undergoes a verification process. When you reach out, you can be certain that the person on the other end is exactly who they say they are.

Do I need an account to start?

Yes, and for a good reason! Your account acts as a personal archive for all the advice, feedback, and insights you receive. It keeps your conversations organized so you can revisit those "aha!" moments whenever you need them.

When can I expect to hear back?

Everyone's creative rhythm is different. You can find each person's average response time right on their profile so you know what to expect.

Am I charged when I receive a response from someone?

You are not charged when you receive a text message response; you are only charged to send the initial message.

How does the "pay-to-message" thing work?

We believe that an expert's time and wisdom are valuable. You'll use credits to send your initial message or request. Once they reply, the conversation is in motion! You aren't charged to read their response; the cost covers the bridge to get the conversation started.

What if life gets in the way and they don't reply?

We value your time, too. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, you're welcome to request an instant credit refund through your "Messages" page. No hoops to jump through.

Billing & Support

Are there hidden monthly fees?

Not at all. There are no subscriptions or surprise charges here. You only buy credits when you're ready to start a conversation.

How will this show up on my statement?

To keep things simple, any credit purchases will appear as "DRIFF LLC" on your statement.

I need to change my details (Phone, Username, etc.)

We're here to help. Just head over to our contact form and let us know what needs updating. We'll get your profile polished and back in action in no time.

How do I close my account?

We'd be sad to see you go, but we make it easy. You can find the "DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT" button at the bottom of your Settings page.

Is my personal info safe?

Your privacy is non-negotiable. Your real phone number is never shared with the people you contact. Driff acts as a secure bridge, so you can focus on the conversation without worrying about your data.

Why do you need my phone number?

It's our way of making sure the community stays human. Verifying numbers helps us keep out the bots and ensures that every interaction on Driff is between two real people.
